How big is 2-M?

Eleven expert consultants, based in Saint-Priest near Lyon, France. That is a choice rather than a stage before growing. This size lets us hold two commitments at once: the consultant who scopes your project is the one who delivers it, and the team stays the same from start to finish. At eleven, we absorb a peak a single consultant could not.

How small, and how large, do your projects get?

From three days to a hundred and fifty. A standard Power BI project, one source connected, a dataflow, a model, reports and training, fits in three to ten days. A Fabric platform consolidating several ERPs and CRMs, with historical data and workshops, runs into months. The same team handles both, and no need is too small.

Where do you work?

We are based in Saint-Priest, on the outskirts of Lyon, France, and we work on site across the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and in French-speaking Switzerland. The rest of France works very well remotely: on a data project, most of the work happens on the data.

How do you bill?

By the half hour, on time actually spent, with the detail of those hours on every invoice. You pay for what was done, and the final amount matches what was announced.
