For ERP integrators

You deliver the ERP. We deliver the reporting.

Your client is happy with their ERP, and now they are asking you for dashboards. You can build that skill, or hand it to a team that has done nothing else since 2019 and that stays behind your name.

The situation

Reporting always arrives after the ERP

The request appears at the same moment in almost every project: the data migration is finished, the users are trained, and someone asks for margin by product family. The data now exists, clean and complete, which makes the question both legitimate and immediate.

Answering it calls for a different trade than yours. A semantic model, business rules settled, a loading chain that holds over time: that is learned, and the learning time is taken out of the client’s project. Many integrators prefer to keep their consultants on what they do best and hand us that piece.

What we bring

A team that does nothing but reporting

Knowledge of ERP databases

Business Central and NAV are our home ground, and we read the databases of SAP, Sage, Cegid or Divalto just as well. Dimension tables, analytical entries and financial dimensions turn up from one system to the next, under other names.

A model rather than a report

The report is what people see, the semantic model is what makes the difference over three years. We write the rules once, in a layer your successors can read, rather than repeating them in every visual.

The consultant who scopes is the one who delivers

You speak to the person who produces, from the first workshop to go-live. That removes the handover layer which costs the most in projects with several hands, yours included.

A company, not a freelancer

Eleven expert consultants, in Saint-Priest near Lyon, France. An absence is covered, a project is picked up, and you put your name on a team that will still exist next year.

The complete chain

Extraction, warehouse, model, reports and distribution: Microsoft Fabric and Power BI end to end, with Power Apps and Power Automate when data entry or automation enter the scope.

A method that can be retold

You can take our approach into your own proposal: it is written down, costed in days, and it holds up in front of a finance director.

Two forms

Under your name, or beside it

Both are practised, and the choice is yours. It is made at the first conversation and holds for the whole engagement, because changing it halfway is what makes a client uncomfortable.

How it goes

From the first call to go-live

  1. You call us with the context

The ERP in place, how mature the client is, what they asked for and the budget they have in mind. Thirty minutes are enough to know whether the subject suits us, and we say so plainly when it would be better handed to someone else.

  2. We scope, you price

Two hours of workshop with the client, free, to look at the sources, measure the volumes and spot the rules to settle. You come out with an estimate in days you can carry into your proposal.

  3. We produce in short batches

A first useful report in three to ten days, then regular deliveries. You see progress, your client does too, and the scope stays adjustable while it moves.

  4. We hand over

A commented model, written business rules, a handover session with your teams. From there you keep control, or you keep us on the changes.

The scope

What we take on, and what stays with you

The boundary is clear, and that is what makes the partnership comfortable. We work downstream of yours, on data you have made correct.

With us

Extraction and warehouse, semantic model, measures and business rules, Power BI reports, distribution and role-based security, training the end users on the reporting.

With you

The ERP setup, the bespoke developments, the data migration, the business training and the contractual relationship with the client.

Together

The business rules to settle, access to the databases, and the cases where a piece of information is missing from the ERP and would be better captured there than rebuilt downstream.

Frequently asked

What partners ask us

Will the client know we brought you in?

You decide. Two forms exist and both work: working behind you, where we act under your name and the client keeps a single point of contact, and working alongside you, where we are introduced as your reporting partner. The choice is made at the first conversation, before the first workshop, and it holds for the whole project.

Are you going to approach our clients?

No, and it is written into the partnership agreement rather than promised verbally. An account you entrust to us stays yours, including after the engagement ends. Our own new business comes from our own market, and a partner who opens projects to us is worth far more than an account taken once.

Do you work on ERPs you do not know?

Yes, regularly. Our home ground is Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central and NAV first of all, and we have delivered projects on SAP, Sage, Cegid, Divalto and on more confidential industry ERPs. What matters is access to the data and someone on your side who knows the model: the database does the rest, and we know how to read it.

How does billing work?

We invoice your company, on the days actually spent, and you re-invoice your client on your own terms. A partner who prefers a fixed price on a defined scope gets that too, once the scoping is done. The details are on our page about how we bill.

How soon can you start?

Count one to three weeks between your call and the first day of work, depending on the load at the time. The scoping workshop itself is set up within a week: it is often what you need in order to price your own proposal, and it stays free in that context as in any other.

What happens at the end of the project?

The deliverable is documented and taken over by your teams if you wish: a commented semantic model, written business rules, and a handover session. Many partners prefer to keep us on the changes; both routes stay open, and nothing in the way we build makes a handover difficult.
