Joining us

Experienced fullstack developer

You take one or more business portals end to end: the user’s need, the solution, the release, then the life of the application. No ticket falling out of a committee, no specification to apply without discussing it.

We build bespoke web applications that interface with our clients’ ERPs and CRMs: HR management, project tracking, approval flows, quality and non-conformities, orders, activity reporting. Around twenty applications today, for our clients and for our own teams. You join a team of four developers, in a company of eleven people.

01

What you will do

  • Design and evolve features end to end, from the API through to the interface, on applications used every day.
  • Wire our portals into the client’s ecosystem: imports, synchronisations and API calls towards their ERP or CRM, then the reporting that gives their teams visibility.
  • Grow the shared technical foundation: authentication, session handling, interface components, the call layer. What you put there serves every application.
  • Hold reliability over time: database migrations and automated tests.
  • Be the technical lead on your scope: you propose the solution, you deliver it, you present it to the users.
  • Weigh in on the choices: code reviews, architecture decisions, continuous integration and vulnerability tracking.

02

The technical environment

  • Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic.
  • Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, React Query.
  • Operations: Docker, Azure DevOps continuous integration, Entra ID and LDAP authentication.

03

What we are looking for

  • Three to six years of web development experience, enough to be autonomous from day one.
  • A modern Python backend framework mastered, FastAPI, Django or equivalent, and relational databases, PostgreSQL first among them.
  • Solid practice with React and TypeScript. Next.js is a plus.
  • Functional knowledge of an ERP or a CRM, Business Central, SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, Odoo or another: being able to read a business data model and talk to its APIs. A large share of our work plugs into them.
  • Docker and containerised environments in a team.
  • The common web security concerns: authentication, session handling, OWASP Top 10.
  • Real ease with coding assistants and agents, backed by genuine expertise in the code.

04

What would be a plus

  • A reporting background: modelling for analysis, building indicators the business can read.
  • Integration with third-party systems: REST APIs, file exchanges, message queues.
  • Enterprise authentication: SSO, Entra ID, LDAP.
  • Technical English, read and written.

05

What counts as much as the technical side

  • Autonomy and a sense of responsibility: you carry your scope end to end.
  • Ease with business users: understanding a need, reformulating it, proposing a solution.
  • Rigour: the foundation is shared by every application, and a badly tested change travels fast.
  • Perspective on code: reviewing, challenging and taking on code written by someone else.
  • Curiosity about tooling: tests, continuous integration, documentation.
  • Team spirit: we are eleven, in a family-run company. How you fit in counts as much as your technical signature.

06

What we offer

  • A permanent contract, full time or at 80 %, in Saint-Priest, on the outskirts of Lyon, France.
  • Three to four days of remote work a week, once the onboarding period is over.
  • Between €45,000 and €55,000 gross a year, more depending on the profile.
  • Luncheon vouchers, health insurance covered at 100 %, extra days off.
  • Variety: several clients and several trades rather than a single product.
  • Real technical autonomy: decisions are taken close to the code.
  • A modern, well-kept foundation: automated tests, continuous integration, systematic code review, and AI in the daily tooling.

07

The working language

  • Our clients, our workshops and our documentation are in French: the role calls for working French.
  • The code, the technical documentation and the technology watch are in English, as everywhere in this trade.

08

How it goes from here

  • A twenty-minute phone conversation, to check that the role matches what you are looking for.
  • A technical interview on site with a member of the management, where we talk about code and real projects.
  • An answer either way.
